Fanwei is a foreign computer software copyright infringement dispute case, from the plaintiff sued to the defendant countersued, until the two sides withdrew the case, after nearly five years of litigation time, the case development twists and turns. Professor Shoubu began with a summary of the basic situation of the case, combined with the litigation documents involved, explained the complete facts of the case. For the details of the handling of the case, Professor Shoubu gave everyone his own opinions and views, and reminded everyone through the shortcomings of the case: to take a warning, to show their professional level and rigorous attitude as a lawyer in the details.
