"One Hundred years of artisans" Guoling Artisan Forum - and the first internal training course of Guoling Law Firm - successfully completed!
On the afternoon of February 25, 2022, the "Century-old Artisan" Hillhouse Forum - and the first internal training course of Hillhouse Law Firm - was successfully completed. In this training session, Prof. Shou Bu, honorary director of Shanghai Guolinghouse Law Firm, professor of Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and doctoral supervisor, was invited to bring a course to all members of the law firm - "The Overall Planning of Software Copyright Infringement Case - Su Try v. Dongling Case". The training was conducted in the form of offline teaching and online live broadcast at the two venues of Hillhouse Research Institute and Hillhouse Law Firm, and nearly 50 lawyers attended the meeting.

This training course aims to improve the professional quality and practice level of our lawyers, strengthen the professional degree of all law firms, so as to provide clients with more professional, more efficient and more systematic services. At the same time, we will strengthen the interaction and communication among all staff of the law firm in the form of training, and explore new directions for future development.
At the beginning of the course, Mr. Tang Xiawei, managing partner of Shanghai Guoling Law Firm, introduced the course and arranged the later course. After that, Prof. Shou Bu, honorary director of Shanghai Guolian Law Firm, took the case of Su Try v. Dongling as an example and explained the whole process and details of the case in vivid detail. While popularizing the legal knowledge of software copyright infringement and expanding the breadth of lawyers' legal knowledge, Also in the words of their own case, the strict attitude to the law expressed incisively and vividly. At the end of the course, the participating lawyers further discussed with Professor Shoubu on the case of Su Trial v. Dongling, and the lawyers said that they benefited a lot. Finally, Professor Shoubu presented the "Active Participation Award" to five lawyers who actively participated in the course.
