On September 23, 2020, Mr. Ping Yawei, senior partner of Shanghai Guohillhouse Law Firm, was invited to attend the 2020 e-commerce enterprise exchange meeting of the Chamber of Commerce of Minhang District Minggu Science and Technology Park, located in the Party construction Service center of Minggu Science and Technology Park. Among them, Mr. Ping Yawei focused on explaining many problems involved in current enterprises, that is, advertising violations of the Advertising Law and professional reporting, etc. Mr. Ping Yawei explained corporate compliance issues for the delegates from two perspectives of common advertising violations and areas that are easy to be targeted by professional whistleblowers, combined with relevant legal provisions and real cases.
