On the afternoon of July 16, 2019, Shanghai Jiao Tong University's second Summer Camp Moot Court social Practice course was held at Kaiyuan Law School on Xuhui Campus. About 40 junior high school campers and more than 10 parents participated in the moot court. Xue Tianhong, Jiao Hanwei, Zhu Qin, Kang Wentao, Wu Yibo and Ye Fan from Shanghai Guohillhouse Law Firm provided guidance and evaluation for the entire course of the Moot court.

This moot court selected a typical criminal case represented by Guolinghouse Law Firm as the case model, and divided the campers into six groups, including the trial group, the prosecution group, the defense group, the witness group, the defendant and the victim, to analyze the case files, and a total of 15 group representatives were selected to perform role play simulation. In the previous week, the young lawyers team of Guohillhouse Law Firm carefully guided the campers in groups, and prepared and trained them on the possible case problems and focal points in the moot court. In the mock trial session, the "small judge", "small public prosecutor" and "small defender" did not have stage fright at all, played incisively and vividly, and completed the wonderful court "trial" with a hammer. The whole trial fully demonstrated the campers' comprehensive qualities of adequate preparation, strong organization, quick response, comprehensive expression, logical meticulousness and unique views.

After the mock trial session, the non-role play campers expressed their views on the trial content and the performance of the participants. Mr. Jiao Hanwei and Mr. Zhu Qin, executive director of Guoling Law Firm, made incisive comments on the whole performance.

Finally, Zhang Yangbo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Kaiyuan Law School, and Xue Tianhong, director of Guolian Law Firm, awarded honorary certificates to the outstanding campers of the moot Court.

The moot court left a deep impression on the campers and parents, planting a seed of rule of law in each child's heart. Through the moot court, everyone deeply felt the solemnity and solemnity of the court, the rigor and meticulousness of the law, and personally realized the important role of order and justice in social stability.
