一、Litigation and arbitration cases

（1） Corporate and financial litigation and arbitration

1. Acting as the agent of China Supply and Marketing Co., Ltd. to claim and settle the debts of its debtors and guarantors arising from a series of procurement contracts, and recovering nearly ten million yuan of losses through the first, second, and execution procedures;
2. Acting as the shareholder of Shanghai Jinshang Construction Technology Co., Ltd. in response to the liquidation liability dispute brought by the creditor Wuxi Abaohua Technology Co., Ltd., in the case where the first and second trials were clearly unfavorable to the principal, the Shanghai High Court revised the judgment to exempt the principal from legal liability;
3. Acting as the agent of Liyang Zhongcai Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., the debtor Shanghai Panhui Building Materials Co., Ltd. applied for compulsory execution to the court, and reached an execution settlement with the debtor and the actual controller through additional shareholders, to recover the long-term outstanding debt;
4. Representing Shanghai Yiqi Film Industry Group in an investment cooperation dispute with a cultural development company, successfully recovering the client's investment losses through arbitration, preservation, and execution;
5. Acting as an agent for the contract dispute between Wuxi Cunchang Southern Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and the debtor Jiangsu Hezhong Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., successfully recovered losses for the enterprise through the first, second, retrial, and execution procedures;

Acting as the agent of Qingdao Haogu Investment Management Co., Ltd. to raise objection and reconsideration against the improper execution of the Intermediate people's court in its execution case with Jiaodong Subdistricts of China, Jiaozhou City City, Shandong Province, the developer of Qingdao Airport, and recover the loss of more than 100 million yuan;
7. Acting as an agent for Shanghai Chuangkai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. to file a lawsuit against the financial leasing lessee Beijing Lantianruide Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., obtaining court recognition of the fact that the actual controller is responsible for guaranteeing the lessee's debt through the information recorded in the New Third Board Enterprise Publicity System, and ultimately recovering the rent and liquidated damages;
8. Acting as an agent for the execution objection dispute between Shanghai Kaiwei Venture Capital Development Center (Limited partnership) and a foreign bank, handling the execution objection, execution objection lawsuit and related derivative lawsuit arising from the freezing of the shares of the listed company held by the partnership by a foreign people's court;
9. Acting as an agent for Guangxi Liugong Group to file a claim lawsuit against the executives of its Shanghai subsidiary for abusing shareholder rights. After the first, second, and retrial procedures, we have recovered nearly ten million yuan in losses for the client;
10. Represented Sensong Group in filing a lawsuit against a certain enterprise in Zhejiang for overdue payment, and ultimately reached a settlement with the defendant regarding the amount involved by suing and responding in two different courts;
11. Represented Hangzhou Bank in filing a lawsuit against ten borrowers for overdue repayment of financial contracts, and successfully recovered their loans through preservation, litigation, and other means;
12. Represented Hangzhou Bank in filing a lawsuit against a certain steel company in Shanxi for bad debts, and through litigation, execution, and participation in the court's bankruptcy reorganization of the executed party, recovered some of the bank's loans.

 （二） Labor cases

1．Representing Sensong Group in resolving disputes arising from the termination of labor contracts due to serious violations of rules and regulations caused by employees' refusal to transfer positions, all litigation requests of employees have been rejected through arbitration, first instance, and second instance;
2. Acting on behalf of Sensong Group to apply for arbitration against the technical supervisor who violates the non compete obligation, and forcing the technical supervisor to continue to fulfill the non compete agreement after paying the penalty through arbitration and litigation procedures;
3. Represented Shanghai Nakeshi Trading Co., Ltd. to provide legal advice on the termination of labor relations due to serious violations of discipline by its employees, and represented in arbitration and litigation resulting from this. The court ultimately rejected all litigation requests of the employees;
4. Acting as the agent of PetroChina West–East Gas Pipeline Pipeline Branch to deal with disputes caused by labor dispatch and work-related injuries, and properly solving relevant problems by providing professional legal solutions;
5. Representing Taisai International Trade (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in arbitration and litigation caused by its employee's medical period and absenteeism, the second instance court ultimately rejected the employee's claim for compensation against the client;
6. Represented an employee to claim Financial compensation and overtime pay from Shanghai Zhengsi Industrial Co., Ltd., which was supported through arbitration and litigation. Later, because the company refused to perform, it filed for bankruptcy on behalf of the employee, forcing shareholders to perform on behalf of the company.

1. Entrusted by China Supply and Marketing Cereals and Oils Co., Ltd., conduct legal due diligence on the debtor's proposed debt repayment shop provided by a third party and provide legal opinions;

Entrusted by Tus Yunze Capital Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the client intends to acquire ownership of the commercial building through equity acquisition, conduct legal due diligence on a commercial building in Zhangjiang Science and Technology Park, provide legal opinions, and design transaction texts;
