Professor Shou Bu [now] Honorary Director of Guolinghouse Law Firm, has long been engaged in legal research, legal education, and legal practice in the intersection of law and new technology, specifically in the fields of intellectual property law, network information law, science and technology law, especially in the fields related to computer software, online games, cloud computing, network security, data security, and personal information protection.

Professor Shoubu has been a part-time lawyer since 1999. Based on my IT professional background, I am good at handling IT-related legal proceedings and arbitration business. Some of the litigation cases represented by the society have great influence and have case value. Such as:
1.Shanghai Eastday Network Co., Ltd. v. Jinan Development Zone Dream Multimedia Network Technology Development Center Unfair Competition Dispute [(2000) Shanghai Erzhong Zhichu No. 109] was included in the Supreme People's Court Civil Trial Division III, "Intellectual Property Trial Guidance and Reference" (Volume 6), "China Trial Case Overview" (2002 Commercial Trial and Administrative trial Case Volume), Changgrong Jin edited "Intellectual Property Case Selection" (2001-2002), Guoqiang Lv edited "Network and Software Case Selection";
3.Suzhou Test Instrument Factory v. Suzhou Dongling Vibration Test Instrument Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Qingsheng Test Equipment Co., LTD. Computer Software copyright Infringement Case [(2007) Hu Erzhong Minwu (Zhi) Chu Zi No. 265] was included in the Intellectual Property Trial Division of Shanghai High People's Court under the title of "Identification of Computer Software Infringement" in the Intellectual Property Cases (2009- 2010), is the first case of the book.
4. Shanghai Kaiying Network Technology Co., Ltd. v. Shanghai Xuanyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. counterfeiting dispute [a case number is (2015) Min Minsan (Zhi) Chu Zi No. 158] was selected in the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases of 2016" issued by China Case Law Society in March 2017 and the China Society for Science and Technology Law in May 2017 "Top 10 Cases of Internet and Information Law 2016".
