On September 10, 2019, it was the 35th Teachers' Day. The unveiling and donation ceremony of "Hillhouse" supported by Hillhouse Law Firm was held in Kaiyuan Law School. Ten lawyers including Xue Tianhong, Jiao Hanwei, Zhu Qin, Liu Yunzhou and Wang Zhen from Guoling Law Firm, Zhang Yangbo, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Kaiyuan Law School, Luo Yun from Alumni Office and Xie Huan from Student Affairs Office attended the ceremony, as well as more than 50 freshmen from Kaiyuan Law School. The ceremony was presided over by Deputy Secretary Zhang Yangbo.

Deputy Secretary Zhang Yangbo, on behalf of Kaiyuan Law School, welcomed and thanked Guohillhouse for its visit, and briefly introduced the purpose and support plan of "Guohillhouse Library". He spoke highly of the long-term attention and support of Hillhouse Law Firm to Kaiyuan Law School. On behalf of Hillhouse, lawyer Xue Tianhong thanked Kaiyuan Law School for its arrangement, expounded the relationship between Hillhouse and Kaiyuan Law School, and expressed Hillhouse's deep feelings for Jiaotong University and its belief that it is willing to contribute to the progress and development of the students of Jiaotong University. Subsequently, Zhang Yangbo, deputy secretary of Kaiyuan Law School, and the lawyers of Hillhouse Law Firm jointly unveiled the "Hillhouse Book House", and lawyer Xue Tianhong accepted the certificate of appreciation issued by Deputy Secretary Zhang Yangbo on behalf of Hillhouse Law Firm.

In the free exchange session, the freshmen representatives actively asked questions, and the lawyers present actively responded. From theoretical learning to practical experience, from broadening thinking to improving ability, from training in school to practice, the two sides have carried out full and in-depth exchanges. In a professional and relaxed atmosphere, students felt the charm of legal theory and practice work, appreciated the elegance of lawyers, and deepened their understanding of the deep structure and operation of the legal industry.

The establishment of "Hillhouse Library" is another initiative of Hillhouse that is keen on social welfare, realizing the co-construction of schools and enterprises, and promoting legal education. The donation was recommended and screened jointly by the teachers and students of Kaiyuan Law School in the early stage, and finally nearly 100 classic and cutting-edge law books were selected, which well supported the theoretical research and professional learning of Kaiyuan Law School teachers and students. "Hillhouse" will become a pivotal part of the long-term strategic cooperation between Hillhouse Law Firm and Kaiyuan Law School, and provide a more favorable guarantee for the promotion of legal education and training in colleges and universities.
